On the advice of the Tribunal Member to settle the matter so that all parties could move on, Scalabrinis legal counsel Atkinson Vinden adjourned and then negotiated a settlement with resident Judith Daley who wanted to leave the village. The long running dispute was featured as a major story several weeks ago on Page 5 of the Sydney Morning Herald.
