Outsider, Pamela Pointon, has been named the interim CEO of SCV for an initial period of three months. The company has also announced that its management contract for 10 communities owned by Young Village Estates has been renewed to June 2014. Their new business model of variable rental rates depending on the services delivered is reportedly being well received, with the example of their Inala village in western Brisbane moving from a 16% occupancy to 65% in just six weeks.
