SCV continues to rebuild its rental model – new capital raising

There appears be further confidence emerging in the rental model with SCV going to the market to raise new investment funds from existing investors. The major stake holders would appear to see a model that is beginning to work. (We visited an SCV village this week in QLD and the on the ground view was very positive).
