Word is that the Seventh Day Adventists have purchased two villages on the top of the New South Wales Central Coast, being Greenleaf Jewel and Greenleaf Wyee. Sales agent Shane Nicholson from Colliers is declining to comment but reports are that 10 bids were made for Greenleaf Jewel with 50 ILUs and community centre developed and 49 ILUs ready for development. The Wyee development had fewer bids, with 14 ILUs constructed and communities facilities and space for approximately 120 ILUs. Bankwest had the primary debt followed by Prime Trust (via their receivers). Well in excess of $14 million was owed.
