Simon Owen continues to move fast – trading halt requested with Stock Exchange

Fresh on two acquisitions pre-and post Christmas, Simon Owen’s Ingenia Communities Group requested a trading halt yesterday with the Australian Stock Exchange pending the release of information of ‘two materially significant transactions’. They will be announced on Monday. The Ingenia unit price has increased 7% in the last week.
