Small NSW seaside town commits to “world class seniors living” development for 1,000 people

The town of Moruya, on NSW’s far south coast has a population of 5,247.
They also have big dreams. They have got behind a local developer that wants
to “reinvent retirement living” with a $280 million development for people still
working through to people needing a high level care. With unemployment running
at double the national average, they see 400 people building the development.
