Retirement living company Aevum Limited this week appointed Steve Mann as its new managing director. Mr. Mann has 19 years experience in the property industry; with Stockland since 2000, he had occupied the role of industrial and commercial chief executive since 2002. Mr. Manns position is effective October 13. He replaces former chief executive Simon Owen, who left the company in late August. Aevum operates 21 retirement villages and aged care facilities across New South Wales and Western Australia.
