Stockland announce no more acquisitions in the near future

Any operator hoping Stockland will keep acquiring will be disappointed. In their latest Annual Report they have stated they will spend the next 12 months settling the Aevum purchase in. There is talk that they may even shed a village or two where the management has been problematical – a hangover from some of the ARC contracts in Victoria they inherited.
