Matthew Quinn, MD of Stockland, has advised analysts that Stockland new residential offering s will over the next 12 months be 6% smaller in lot size, 5% higher in price per lot and the houses 12% higher per square metre. Trends to smaller new homes will increase the market acceptance of village home, typically 80% of a residential floor plan. He states that Stockland will achieve just modest growth in 2011-12.
