Strong sales continue to be reported - in Victoria

Following last week’s reports of strong sales we had more this week. For instance Geoff Reeves of Pinnacle Living wrote us “Our sales have been strong since around September of last year, where our largest village Tudor Village Lilydale has achieved just shy of one ILU sale per week. This is in stark contrast to the earlier part of the year where sales were tough to obtain”. Grant Booker of Waterfall Residences (Rosebud) says his boutique development of 39 ILUs at just about sold in record time.
