The new units utilise universal design features ensuring they are suitable for tenants with mobility issues. The units also have a six star energy rating, including energy efficient lighting and environmentally friendly hot water systems, making them cost efficient, eco-friendly and sustainable. The Pine Lane development is the second to be completed in Huonville in the last two months with a six-unit complex for older residents recently opened.
