The Melbourne Buxton family has taken back management from Aveo of Rylands of Brighton, a 71 prestige apartment village. The Buxtons sold out their other two 5 star villages, Rylands of Hawthorn and Rylands of Kew, to Stockland who are still marketing them separately under the Rylands brand (confusing). Samantha Buxton returns to sales and marketing at Brighton.
