Village sector veteran Peter Nilsson (pictured) reports that a major marketing effort in January has paid dividends in May, delivering 11 sales, their biggest monthly result since they built out the village some years ago. He marketed to his database with a cash offering to assist in relocation expenses, which kick started the 13 week cycle to sell the family home. The Village Glen has approximately 650 units located at Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula (VIC). Peter is also a member of the National Retirement Living Council, representing independent operators.
