Bahrain based, Western Gulf Advisory has secured a deal to lend $US150 million to Australian retirement village developer, Total Company. Total is controlled by Mick Squillacioti and his partner Kevin Ryan who are behind the high-end Kantarra Lifestyle Village in NSW. Mr Ryan is also the founder and managing director of Waterbrook in Greenwich.
