Two NSW villages win major building and planning awards

The Landings at North Turramurra was voted the “Best Seniors Community
in NSW” in the UDIA Landcom Awards for Excellence 2007. Operated by Sakkara
Living, The Landings comprises 169 freestanding villas, villa apartments and
medium rise apartments in a bush setting.
The Grange at Berry won the Lifestyle Living Over 55’s Award at the NSW
Master Builders Association Excellence in Housing competition plus it is a finalist
for the 2007 Australian Housing Awards. It has already been awarded the 2006
Shoalhaven Building Design Award and the 2006 HIA NSW Housing Award for
Special Purpose Housing.
