UnitingCare: Council works depot bought for nearly $20m

UnitingCare has paid $19.25 million for Ku-ring-gai Council's works depot in the Sydney suburb of Gordon. Settlement on the 1.6 ha property was finalised last week but Ku-ring-gai Council will lease the depot back for 18 months until UnitingCare's plans have been finalised.
