Blue Hills Rise retirement village has opened its $11 million club. Currently in stage three of the building process, Blue Hills Rise is being developed as a sister village for nearby Blue Hills Residences. More than 50 residents already live at Blue Hills Rise which will eventually consist of 273 units and 16 apartments.
