Vic: Geelong to get $75m over 45’s lifestyle village

WA based National Lifestyle Villages is about to begin construction on a $75m over 45’s lifestyle village in the town of Lara, near Geelong. ‘Lakeside Lara’ will begin construction in early 2011. The new village will include 230 homes in a resort style development. Lakeside Lara will be the first east coast development that National Lifestyle Villages has constructed. The company has already successfully developed nine other similar projects.
