Despite concerns being raised in the Victorian Parliament in May, Melbourne Citymission has not yet informed residents of its Eltham Retirement Centre future, while letting vacant ILUs grow to 40 in number plus commissioning a Deloitte report on the sites sales prospects. 200 residents live on the 10 hectare site, across independent living, low and high care. (Eltham is located just north of Dandenong). The plan is to inform residents on 19 July.
