WA: City of Swan examines Global Care’s aged care proposal

Global Care’s plans for a 60-bed residential care facility, 60 ILU’s and a senior citizens centre in Ballajura’s Lakes Estate have been presented to the City of Swan. The $31 million proposal would be Ballajura’s first aged care facility. The project could be delivered in three years if the City of Swan, State Government and Department of Health and Ageing approvals are successful.
