Preferring to sail under the radar, over 30 years Walter Elliott Holdings has built up 13 Over 55s developments and 2 retirement villages. Now they are moving into aged care, with construction of a new facility in Deception Bay and a just announced 120 bed facility in Bargara (QLD). Other care facilities are planned at Bethania, Mt Warren, Redland Bay and Toowoomba.
