Construction has commenced at Lifestyle Communities $40 million development on Mornington Peninsulas Western Port Bay. 142 ILUs are planned for Lifestyle Hastings with 25 (18%) having already sold before the first sod was turned. Facilities include a $2.5 million club house and prices start from $236, 700. Stage One is due for completion in May, with residents expected to be moving in from September this year.
