Australian Unity buys its 15th village; this one in Port Macquarie

Melbourne based Australian Unity, a mutual company that has grown out of
health insurance and investment services, has bought the partially built Oxley
Gardens in Port Macquarie. It will have 67 villas when completed. They are changing
the name to Sienna Grange.
