Clubhouse for AVID’s first greenfield Vantage land lease community complete
Set over 8,000 square metres, the clubhouse and accompanying outdoor spaces include an indoor pool, spa, sauna, fully equipped gym, and communal spaces.
When Sydney-based property group AVID announced its entry into the land lease market in mid-2024, they launched two greenfield communities: Vantage Bloomdale and Vantage Hervey Bay.
Vantage Bloomdale in Diggers Rest, 28km northwest of Melbourne's CBD, was the first community to begin construction in June 2024, with the first residents welcomed in July 2025.
There are 26 homes constructed and completed thus far in Stage 1, with six of them used as as display suites. Upon completion, Stage 1 will host 36 homes, with prices from $599,000 to $714,000.

Construction of the clubhouse commenced in late 2024 and was brought to life by builder Insitu Group, architects ClarkeHopkinsClarke Architects, and interior designer Arkee Creative.
Set over 8,000 square metres, the clubhouse and accompanying outdoor spaces include an indoor pool, spa, sauna, fully equipped gym, and communal spaces including private dining and functioning kitchen, a resident lounge, games room, theatre, and library.
“Vantage Bloomdale’s clubhouse has been designed to promote meaningful community connections between neighbours,” AVID Victoria General Manager Penny Forrest said.
“With construction now complete, we’re excited for residents to soon enjoy the Clubhouse facilities and see it become the go-to meeting place for them and their loved ones.”
