The Orchards Retirement Living Community in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs has won an Australian Achiever Award for customer service.
The BaptCare retirement village was the Victorian State Winner for Excellence in Customer Service in Care, Disability and Retirement Services, scoring 94.03% across the assessment criteria, winning praise for its communication, resident care and happiness, professionalism, and addressing of issues.
Staff particularly singled out for exceptional customer service included Hannah
Horsley, Aggie Massarotti and Marcus Kirkright (pictured).

The Awards are scored based on customer feedback across a number of criteria, including timely response, attending to client needs, value for money, and attitude.
