Lifestyle Communities recognised by Urban Development Institute for attention to the needs of residents

Lifestyle Communities’ Ocean Grove land lease community, in Victoria, secured the award for Special Purpose Living as part of the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s 2020 awards.

The village was recognised one year after Lifestyle Villages took out the same award for its Lifestyle Bittern site.

Ocean Grove was awarded based on its attention to the needs of its residents while also presenting high standard designs and a particular focus on energy and water efficiency.

Lifestyle Communities’ was also awarded the 2018 Special Purpose Living title for its Lifestyle Berwick Waters retirement village in Victoria.
