Living Gems Pacific Paradise has won best Tourism and Leisure Facility up to $10 million for its country club after taking out the same category for its Caboolture and Toowoomba country clubs last month.

The Pacific Paradise Club is home to over 20 different recreational facilities and General Manager Vlad Pullich says that the group is delighted that the three clubs have been recognised as the best in their regions.

Living Gems has eight land lease communities in QLD plus a partnership with Singaporean conglomerate Thakral to build 1,600 land lease community homes under its GemLife brand.
