Becton keeps working, despite share price

While Becton has amongst the worst share prices in the property sector, it continues to win
big projects. Outside of its retirement village operations, it has been appointed by the NSW
Government to build the Bonnyrigg Housing Estate worth $733 million. Becton is the builder
in a Public Private Partnership (PPP) between Westpac Banking Corporation Limited, St
George Community Housing Association and the Spotless Group.
