Becton: Suncorp finance secured

Becton Property Group has announced a development finance package with Suncorp-Metway Ltd for the group and its Retirement Alliance with Oman Investment Fund. The finance package includes a $20.1 million facility extended to May 3, 2011 to fund retirement development assets and sites owned by Becton.
