Benetas purchases Australian Unity retirement village
Benetas CEO Sandra Hills OAM said she was looking forward to welcoming The Oaks to its portfolio of retirement communities located in Mooroolbark, Traralgon, Roxburgh Park and Bendigo.
The Not For Profit Victorian operator has added to its retirement living portfolio.
Benetas has announced the purchase of the 26-unit The Oaks Retirement Community from Australian Unity, in Croydon in Melbourne’s outer east, just 1.2km from Benetas’ St John’s Rise Retirement Village in Mooroolbark.

Benetas CEO Sandra Hills OAM said she was looking forward to welcoming The Oaks to its portfolio of retirement communities located in Mooroolbark, Traralgon, Roxburgh Park and Bendigo.
“We are delighted to be expanding our services to support older people at The Oaks, alongside St John’s Rise and our home care offering in the region,” Ms Hills said.
Australian Unity has 22 retirement villages across NSW, Victoria and Queensland.
