Bon Appetit: RFBI rolls out new seasonal menu for aged care residents

1 min read

The Royal Freemasons' Benevolent Institution (RFBI) has introduced a seasonal menu to its aged care facilities with dishes designed specifically for the warmer months.

The menu – designed by RFBI’s Catering Committee in partnership with Australian TV chef Geoff Jansz – includes favourites such as prawn cocktails, pork cutlets and meringue and fresh fruit, plus two hot meal choices for lunch and texture modified versions for those with special dietary needs.

It is the latest win for RFBI, which has already received several awards for its ‘Dining with Dignity’ program and was named ACSA’s 2019 National Provider of the Year.
