The pace is increasing in a number of clubs seeking to utilise spare land to build a village with co-located care to support local, ageing members plus their food and beverage outlets.

Blacktown workers sports club is located in western Sydney. They have two sporting fields. One would be developed. They have just completed a new buffer area and expanded the seating to 520 diners.
