GemLife acquires Gold Coast site for flagship 450-home community – plus approval for $34M Lennox Head development

1 min read

The land lease operator is continuing its golden run after last week’s announcement of its new Tweed Waters resort, revealing it has acquired a 46.4ha site at Pimpama (pictured) in the Gold Coast’s north for its first development in the area.

With views to Surfers Paradise and surrounded by bushland, GemLife Director and CEO Adrian Puljich said subject to development approvals, the resort will be GemLife’s largest with about 450 homes.

“It’s rare to secure a property of this size in the region and we’re looking forward to moving ahead with GemLife’s first Gold Coast-based development,” he said.

The site is close to the newly opened billion-dollar Westfield Coomera Town Centre and the Pimpama SportsHub, as well as the M1 and Coomera train station.

GemLife has also got the nod for its planned 147-home community at Lennox Head.
