Living Choice moves forward on new horizontal village at Avoca Beach (NSW)

The SA based operator has purchased the 24 ha Bangalo Stud, 2 km from upmarket Avoca Beach on the Central Coast, 16 km east of Gosford.

They plan 210 homes for the site, with a DA about to be lodged, plus an aged care facility.

Living Choice has written to the 170 close neighbours informing them of the plans and asking for comment.

They have three other retirement villages on the Central Coast. Avoca will take them to 13 locations nationally.
