Wattle Street Property Group has lodged an application for the one- and two-bedroom units plus community facilities on two blocks of land totaling 3.5 hectares at Andergrove.
The development application states each manufactured home would be built on site after the land is cleared of its existing single house and sheds.
Gives a whole new meaning to putting a house up out the back.
