Noble Life introduces ‘Buy now, pay later’ option as work starts on its first land lease community in southeastern Tasmania

1 min read

Noble Life Director Daniel Noble said Stage One of the over 50s resort in New Norfolk, a riverside town 20km from Hobart, was now officially underway and the homes have been released for pre-sale.

Stage One will deliver 26 two- and three-bedroom homes with luxury services on their doorstep and the unrivalled picturesque surrounds of New Norfolk,” Daniel said.

“It really is a new way of living that hasn’t been seen in Tasmania before, and there is no better place for Hobarts newest luxury over 50’s resort than the Derwent Valley.”

In a groundbreaking move for Tasmania, prospective buyers can take advantage of a flexible payment plan, with a 5% deposit.

This ‘Buy now, pay later’ option allows purchasers to secure their new residence today and pay nothing further until the home is completed.

Local businesses including Wilson Homes, Groombridge Civil and Harcourts are involved in the $75 million project on the 9.5ha site, which will have 186 houses when complete.

Noble Life is a family-run business led by brothers Daniel and Roger, experienced property developers with a background in residential and retirement communities.
