In an Ord Minnett Perth Tour on 19 June, it presented its Business Model and Integrated Platform. Aspen is a provider of land lease, holiday parks and residential living with its biggest market (40%) in Western Australia. 

It has three land lease operations in WA:  

Sierra at Wundowie, 60km from Perth: 

 205 approved dwellings (64 leased and a 141 development pipeline). Site fees: $164 per week for singles, $176 for couples. Well below Commonwealth Rental Assistance cap. Recent record sale price of $355,000.  11 new houses ordered for FY25. 

Meadowbrooke, 20km from Bunbury: 

184 approved dwellings (27 leased and 157 development pipeline. Site fees: $182 per week for singles, $194 for couples. Well below Commonwealth Rental Assistance cap. Sold six houses and 11 new houses ordered for FY25. 

Mandurah Gardens, 73km south of Perth:   

158 leased dwellings. Site fees: $202 per week. Well below Commonwealth Rental Assistance cap. 20+ years house sold for record $355,000. Potential for three new sites.
