The DCM Institute has been recognised as one of Australia’s leading learning and development providers by the Institute of Learning Performance Asia Pacific – a leading industry body of Learning and Development professionals with more than 3,000 members.
“This recognition is a tribute to the work our team does every day to support and guide village professionals across the country,” said James Wiltshire, Executive Director of the DCM Institute.
This national recognition celebrates the quality and impact of DCM Institute’s Professional Development Program, currently supporting close to 650 Village, Sales, and Head Office Managers.
Through a blend of online modules, in-person workshops, and expert-led masterclasses, the DCM Institute empowers village professionals with the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver operational excellence and outstanding resident experiences.
As a finalist in the category of L&D Provider of the Year, the DCM Institute team will attend the Institute of Learning Performance’s Learning Impact Summit and Awards evening in early September on the Gold Coast.
In the meantime, the DCM Institute’s commitment to helping professionals learn, connect and grow continues with the upcoming Professional Development Day series, Communicating through Conflict – a five-city tour designed to instil the skills and confidence to communicate through any situation.
