GemLife launches $22.9M Gold Coast clubhouse with rooftop sky lounge and infinity pool

GemLife has officially opened its biggest-ever Country Club – a $22.9 million, three-level facility at its $200 million Gold Coast land lease community in Pimpama.

Spanning more than 7,200sqm and designed by Jared Poole Designs, the clubhouse rivals luxury resorts. It features a rooftop sky lounge, bar and infinity-edge pool with sweeping views to Surfers Paradise, alongside a gym, indoor lap pool, bowling alley, golf simulator, cinema, wine lounge, salon, library, workshop, function hall, and games room.

GemLife Managing Director and Group CEO Adrian Puljich said the facility sets a new benchmark for the sector.

“This new facility is unlike anything on offer in a residential community anywhere in Australia – it doesn’t just set a new benchmark for over-50s living, but luxury residential living more generally,” he said.

The clubhouse is the centrepiece of the 365-home GemLife Gold Coast community, where 80 homes are already occupied and more than $128 million worth sold.

Architect Jared Poole said the design aimed to connect residents to the outdoors and capitalise on the elevated site.

“The vision was to create a village atmosphere and striking form, connecting residents to the outdoors so they can enjoy the Gold Coast lifestyle year-round,” he said.

Future stages include a Hilltop Pavilion with an outdoor pool and a Wellness Club featuring tennis and pickleball courts. Homes in stage three are now selling from $880,000.
