GemLife will deliver its most expensive single-storey development to date at GemLife Moreton Bay, with an $18 million country club now under construction beside the 9ha Brolga Lake, offering waterfront and bushland views.
GemLife Managing Director and Group CEO Adrian Puljich said the project represents a step-change in both design and build.
Rather than the two- or three-storey clubs used elsewhere, the Moreton Bay Country Club is entirely single level, spanning 4,000-plus sqm across two striking buildings – The Beachside Pavilion and The Lakeside Pavilion – linked by a soaring 8.5-metre roofline and a central courtyard.
The construction method is also a first for GemLife, using tilt-slab fabrication instead of traditional blockwork to accelerate delivery so residents can access amenities sooner.
The amenities include:
- Beachside Pavilion: grand ballroom, lounge bar, stage and dance floor, hair salon, consulting rooms, and adjoining lounge and dining rooms.
- Lakeside Pavilion: cinema, games room, ten-pin bowling, virtual golf, wine room, library, music room and art studio.
An infinity-edge pool, spa, alfresco dining spaces and a private sandy beach extend the club’s resort credentials.
“With beautifully curated spaces for every mood and moment, the GemLife Moreton Bay Country Club is designed to embrace life to the fullest,” Adrian said. “Whether you’re entertaining friends, exploring new passions, or simply soaking up the atmosphere, it’s all part of the rhythm of life at GemLife Moreton.”
Residents in Stage Two have begun moving in, with Stage One almost settled. The country club is slated for completion in 2026.
