Marston Group is set to launch its third retirement community tomorrow with the opening of Marston Living Rosella: Dural, a 97-apartment village in Sydney’s north-west.
The official launch event will run from 2pm to 4pm, showcasing the first release of 22 apartments in the semi-rural suburb of Dural, 36km from the CBD. The project has been designed by Marchese Partners I Life3A.
The initial release includes a mix of two- and three-bedroom residences:
- Two-bedroom (2 units): 125sqm, priced from $1.29m–$1.35m
- Two-bedroom + study (14 units): 132sqm, priced from $1.35m–$1.72m
- Three-bedroom (2 units): 150sqm, priced from $2.62m–$2.72m
- Three-bedroom + study (4 units): 172–176sqm, priced from $2.99m–$3.2m

Marston Living Rosella: Dural has been designed with an extensive suite of amenities, including:

A dedicated Wellness Centre, to be operated by an allied health partner, will provide on-site services such as physiotherapy, podiatry, remedial massage, dietetics, pathology, occupational therapy, speech pathology and personal training.
Residents will also be able to join a wide range of fitness and leisure programs, including aqua aerobics, Tai Chi, chair yoga, pickleball, lawn bowls, table tennis and walking groups.
