The independent Not For Profit has been renovating its 29 units and says they are ready for occupancy.
Village Manager Jenny Trezise said it is rare for the Village to have units available for new residents, without an indefinite wait on a waiting list.
“This is a great opportunity for people over 55 years of age to enter a boutique retirement village, right in central Torquay,” she said.
“Our neighbourhood is constantly evolving, with new opportunities for leisure and social activities being developed as Torquay grows around us.”
Chairman of the Village Management Committee, Nick Kearsey, said the Lions Village is one of the most attractive and friendly villages in the region.
The Village also offers a Resident Benefit Program with many extra services to residents to make life just that bit easier.
“I’m so proud of the fantastic lifestyle we are able to offer our residents and look forward to welcoming the lucky people who will move into our Village soon,” Nick said.
