Retirement Living Council has chairs for five of its six new sub-committees

The new management team behind the Property Council’s Retirement Living Council (RLC) has been holding, or is about to hold, meetings with its six new sub-committees.

In early 2023, the RLC resolved to establish a new committee framework to help power the RLC and industry’s advocacy agenda forward.

These sub-committees, together with the RLC, Property Council and state-based members, will take the lead on state-based regulation, research priorities and our national advocacy agenda. RLC Executive Director Daniel Gannon is pictured talking to the Training and Development sub-committee which includes DCM Institute Executive Director James Wiltshire

Tony Randello, RLC President, told the SOURCE that it was his intention to increase the membership from representing just 30% of operators to 50% in the next two years.

The RLC also has paid for consultants Accenture to capture the positive data about retirement living that will advance its lobbying capacity.
