With aged care no longer delivering sustainable returns, Not For Profit Warrigal is doubling down on retirement villages – embedding care and clinical capability so residents can age and die in place.

CEO Jenni Hutchins stresses: “We’re not stepping away from care. We’re adapting the model so that people can receive the same quality of care in the places they already call home.”
