With over 60% of around 400 homes sold at the new $250 million Tuart Lakes Lifestyle Resort in Baldivis, 46km south of Perth, CEO Rob Nichols has launched a video to attract clients with a new brand identity.
With two-bedroom homes selling from $402,000 at the National Lifestyle Villages’ site, Cheyne Oxford, Head of Marketing, Serenitas, said the challenge, both strategically and creatively, was to overcome the balancing act of weighing up the benefits against the sacrifices of downsizing.
“The new ‘Live Big’ campaign unashamedly celebrates the enviable lifestyle on offer at Tuart Lakes. Now with over 35 world-class facilities it provides endless opportunities for its homeowners to enjoy,” he said.
The campaign has been developed by creative agency ScienceFiction.
“Live Big is all about showing the positive effect a rich tapestry of unmatched resort facilities and an active community can have on your state of mind,” Matt Arbon, creative partner, ScienceFiction, said.
