Serenitas has rebranded its Lakeside Springs land lease community in Hervey Bay as Thyme Lakeview Springs, coinciding with the opening of its new clubhouse.
With 60 homes already completed and a pipeline of 355 on the 40-hectare site, the clubhouse is designed as the community’s social and wellness hub. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by Hinkler MP David Batt, Maryborough State MP John Barounis, Serenitas CEO Von Slater and local homeowners.
“The new Lakehouse clubhouse is at the heart of the community, offering premium social and leisure facilities to our homeowners,” said Von. “This exceptional facility is where homeowners can come together to socialise, stay active, and enjoy a vibrant calendar of events. As an extension of their home, they can welcome friends and family while making the most of life at this beautiful coastal location.”
The Lakehouse offers indoor and outdoor pools with poolside lounges, a sauna, spa, cold plunge bath, gym, cinema, bowling green, pickleball and tennis courts, a putting green, and access to scenic walking trails around a 12-acre lake.
Thyme Lakeview Springs offers 10 home designs, priced from $733,000, with two- and three-bedroom options plus garages suitable for boats or caravans. Upon completion, it will deliver 355 homes.
The move strengthens Serenitas’ national pipeline of 2,300 homes, with more than 7,700 Australians already living in its communities under the Thyme Lifestyle Resorts banner.
Hervey Bay has become a hotspot for land lease communities, also home to Vantage Hervey Bay, Eureka New Horizons Villas Hervey Bay, Ingenia Lifestyle Hervey Bay, Liven Beach Road, and Stockland Halcyon Providence.
