Twilight Aged Care has received the green light to expand its retirement living portfolio with a $30 million luxury development in Mosman, 8km northeast of the Sydney CBD.
The Mosman Local Planning Panel has approved plans for 22 premium independent living units on a 7,648-square-metre site, adjacent to Twilight’s existing Glengarry residential aged care home just 500 metres from Mosman town centre.
Designed by architect firm Calderflower, the project includes the restoration of the historic former Mosman Hospital building.
Twilight Aged Care currently operates four residential aged care homes across Sydney, as well as a 12-unit retirement village in Hunters Hill, making this new Mosman development a significant expansion of its retirement living offerings.
