Lincoln Place, the land lease community provider created in 2019 by Nicholas Collishaw and Ben Hindmarsh, has unveiled a $1 million investment in a private bowls green, pickleball courts and more amenities at Hunter Valley Lifestyle Estate in Neath, 5km west of Cessnock.
More than 130 guests got a sneak peek of the lifestyle amenities, with East Cessnock Bowling Club christening the new bowls green, while guests toured the new display homes.
Lincoln Place Chief Executive Officer Paul Yeo said the new amenities followed the recent upgrade of the 20-metre outdoor pool and completed the lifestyle precinct within the community.
“Our communities place a strong emphasis on leisure and living well, and the lifestyle precincts we create are very much inspired by existing sports and recreation interests in the surrounding region,” he said.
Future residential stages will continue to be released in line with strong market demand for lifestyle driven retirement options in the Hunter Valley region, Paul added.
“We’re making significant progress on the second stage of the estate, delivering new homes with local builder Hunter Valley Homes,” he stated.
New two-bedroom homes within Hunter Valley Lifestyle Estate start from $390,000.
