Building on accommodation that already includes 170 residents in a mix of 80 high care (nursing home) places, 21 low care (hostel) places and independent living units for up to 68 residents, this small community group is building a further 136 dementia beds, 23 ILUs and childcare with 90 places. The Upper Hunter Shire Council is providing support.
