Noble Life breaks ground on first lifestyle resort
Co-owner Damien Noble says Tasmania is ready for a land lease community as construction begins on the operator’s first lifestyle resort.
“Today’s Over 50s are active, socially connected, and increasingly selective about where and how they live,” he said.
“Rather than traditional retirement villages, they are seeking more modern lifestyle-led communities that offer independence, quality design, and genuine value without compromising comfort of security.”
The first concrete slabs have been poured on three homes at Noble Life’s lifestyle resort in New Norfolk, with the aim of moving homeowners into Noble Life New Norfolk in late 2026. The two- and three-bedroom homes are being built in partnership with Wilson Homes.
Stage One consists of 26 new two-bedroom homes with study option, and three-bedroom homes, all including landscaping. A future stage will include a Clubhouse and Health Pavilion, with the Clubhouse to contain:
- Staffed front reception;
- Business rooms;
- Cinema;
- Library;
- Fireplace lounge with bar and kitchen;
- Sports lounge with bar;
- Formal ballroom; and
- Café.
The Health Pavilion will also feature:
- And indoor heated pool;
- Therapeutic spa;
- Sun lounge;
- Sauna;
- Yoga room;
- Private gymnasium;
- Massage rooms; and
- Physiotherapy rooms.
Set on over 9.5 hectares, Noble Life New Norfolk is 30 minutes from the Hobart CBD with homes starting from $569,000.
